The meaning of

"Chase Your Worthy Cause"

You are chasing your dreams, a dream that is good, a dream which can contribute to the development of the planet on which we live. You are chasing something that in the short term will be intense and challenging but in the long term will make those difficulties worthwhile and result in deep joy.

Andre Belibi Coaching combines mind training and physical exertion. 

From his years of experience as a personal trainer around the world, Andre realizes during his personal training sessions and bootcamps that physical exertion represents only the visible part of the iceberg above the surface that brings mental comfort and confidence to those who want to chase their worthy cause (Chase their dreams) by achieving a variety of goals, some related to fitness and others related to other aspects of their lives. When people do not tend to the unseen part of the iceberg and the unresolved problems in their lives hiding beneath the surface, they are unable to find mental comfort and confidence to chase their worthy cause (chase their dreams). Andre used to be one of these people. 

Andre created this concept of mind training and physical exertion (physical activities) after having run 2,800 miles from the east coast to the west coast of the USA in the race “Andre Run USA,” throughout the American Continental Winter and desert heat of the southwest of the United States, running more than a marathon every day on average. 

Prior to this run, Andre ran “La Migrante,” for which he ran 1,900 miles from Normandy, France, to Morocco, Northern Africa wearing a 20-pound bag pack. Each of those two runs required demanding preparation, as the combined distance of the two races represents ⅓ of the earth’s circumference. Andre is not a born long distance runner, and he lost over 30 pounds in an intense 11-month training for “La Migrante.”

During those two lengthy runs, he created mental tools and mind techniques to break through the pain and fatigue to accomplish those major endeavors.

Through the use of those mental tools and mind techniques, Andre believes that he can give people the tools to help them remedy the unresolved problems in their lives submerged beneath the visible portion of the iceberg. He aims to help others succeed in achieving both their non-fitness and fitness goals
